A beautiful, contemporary property, it is the ideal choice for families or a group of friends to relax in style. The attractions and amenities of the Norfolk coast and countryside are within easy reach and the house is pet friendly. Heacham is a lively coastal village with two sandy beaches, a 20-mile-wide bay and wonderful sunsets. The flat sands and calm waters are perfect for kite flying, kitesurfing, jet skiing and windsurfing. Close by is the neighbouring Victorian seaside town of Hunstanton (2 miles), where the cliffs are a great place for fossil hunting. For birdwatchers, the RSPB reserves at Titchwell (8 miles) and Snettisham (5 miles) are well worth a visit particularly in the autumn and winter months when many birds migrate to this part of Norfolk.

This elegant house is furnished with great attention to detail and has spacious and light rooms. The large living room has a wood burner and plenty of comfortable seating. The dining room has French doors to the TV den so everyone can have the TV viewing of their choice! The kitchen has everything you need, including a Nespresso coffee machine and a large kitchen island. There's a stable door from the kitchen that gives access to the garden. The first floor encompasses four bedrooms - a super king bedroom with chaise lounge and en-suite shower with WC; a Chesterfield king bedroom; a twin bedroom and a king bedroom with en-suite WC. Holly House is a fabulous holiday home in a great location. We had a lovely family holiday here. It is very spacious, comfortable, warm and welcoming.It is attractively and thoughtfully presented and equipped to a high standard. It has the best equipped kitchen of any House we have ever stayed in, brilliant. Shelley, the owner was a great communicaRead moretor and really kind and helpful. A lovely welcome basket and many thoughtful little touches were much appreciated. The garden is lovely, dog friendly and safe, which is great. Lots of great beaches, villages, woodland walks and Sandringham nearby. A week wasn't long enough, so we will definitely return to Holly House. Holly House is fabulous, like home from home. It was spotlessly clean, very well equipped with the most comfortable beds ever! The welcome pack for both us and the dog was very generous and a lovely touch. With 3 generations of family, the open plan kitchen/dining/snug was brilliant. Holly House is a truly lovely place. The garden is a peaceful relaxing haven to return to after a day on the beach or exploring. The house itself is beautifully presnted and the kitchen is so well stocked you can happily prepare meals knowing you have all the equipment, utencils and tableware you'd expect as if you are at home. We have a lovely Read moreweek here. Heacham is a great place with a Tesco Express, Boots, and good pubs, restaurants and takeaways. From the house its around a 20 minute walk (adult) to the seafront and from here you can walk along the sea wall directly into Hunstanton. I did many morning walks this way - 6 miles round trip and a relaxing way to start the day before everyone else was up. We didn't have a dog but if you do bring one the house is perfect for them. This property was excellent, it was equipped to a very high standard with nothing missing! It was a great location. There were 7 of us and was extremely comfortable for us all. We would highly recommend this property to all and would rent this property ourselves in the future!

We enjoyed the peaceful setting with amenities very close by. The property was very well stocked and thought out. The little touches like adding dog beds really made our stay easier. The garden is also beautiful with fabulous comfy furniture which was brilliant when we sat outside.
