An impressive three-storey property, this home is the ideal location for a memorable gathering of a large family or group of friends looking for a perfect base to relax or explore the Norfolk coast and countryside. Drive less than 3 miles for activities on the golden sands of Holkham Beach, or stay in Wells and head to the harbour for crabbing or hop on the narrow-gauge stream railway for a glimpse of the colourful beach huts. Otherwise, the historic house of Holkham Hall is just 3.5 miles away by car and offers an adventure playground and boating lake. The picturesque towns of Holt (13 miles), Cley (10 miles) and Burnham Market (6.5 miles) are within easy driving distance and worth a visit.

This is a spacious home full of style, sophistication and bold, bright colours. There's storage for coats and shoes in the entrance hall, the living room has comfortable sofas and comes complete with a feature fireplace, whilst the sunroom includes a bar and French doors leading out to the garden. The kitchen has everything to cater to your needs. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor: a king-size and a small double, both with en-suite shower rooms. The first floor encompasses four bedrooms: a super-king-size with an en-suite shower room, a twin, a king-size, and a twin zip-and-link bedroom (which can be arranged as a king-size on request) with an en-suite shower. A beautiful spacious house with lovely luxurious rooms with en suites. A perfect place for our extended family for Christmas and the location was minutes from the quay so perfect for walking after a big dinner. We all had a brilliant stay!

A very comfortable house with plenty of seating for our large group. Having so many bathrooms, most en suite, was a real bonus. A super position in Wells just a short walk to the shops, with a supermarket in the other direction. Also plenty of parking!

Good house for 14 people. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which works well. The outside room is very small and only suited to single occupancy. Wells has good pubs and interesting works. Good place to spend a weekend.
