We had a couple of issues. One of our party is a pianist (which had been planned that he played as part of our celebration) and the piano had not been tuned in years! We lost internet connection (which had nothing to do with the property) but it kicked out the boiler via the Hive and our 2nd day plans were semi ruined as we had no heating or hot waRead moreter till the afternoon which was too late for our planned lunch with local friends. However when we raised these issues we received a relatively priced refund but I had to chase it once. Hide
