This is an amazing property with everything you could ask for. Second fridge in garage for your beers and wine !! So close to the beach for going walks with the dog. Even some games for the children in the conservatory cupboard. If you've got children with you there's even a washing line in the garden to hang clothes out on a nice day. Thank you for a lovely stay in your wonderful, comfortable & brilliantly finished house. It's our second stay here & we also stayed 2 weeks this time so it's really beginning to feel like a home from home! We discovered The Ship Pub at Lower Newton on our last day- definitely recommend. We will have to come back to try it again!

The property was lovely and we love Beadnell so location is ideal. Just not sure sufficient attention to detail is taken on cleaning...very dusty in places, squashed bugs on some walls, BBQ dirty but.this did not detract from the enjoyment of our holiday. Thank you

Great house in a great location. Would very happily stay again. A little light on provisions such as washing up liquid & toilet paper and the checkout time was early with a young family to mobilise, but these are minor points.
