The surrounding area is beautiful and is best enjoyed on foot, bicycle or horseback. From stunning coastal scenery to vast downs, the landscape is ever-changing and makes for a wonderful and refreshing day out. Brighton itself is home to a range of eccentric independent shops, colourful cafes, and brilliant boutiques, ideal for investigating and exploring. Stroll along the pier as the sun is setting and treat yourself to fish and chips and ice cream and then try your luck on the arcade games – the perfect evening for a UK staycation.

This spacious and stylishly decorated 4 bedroom house offers a taste of luxury. The entrance hallway offers storage for coats, shoes and outdoor gear. The heart of the property is the modern and contemporary kitchen/dining room which is the perfect sociable space for a good catch-up, playing games, or enjoying a family meal. We had a wonderful family break here. Easy access to Brighton and a terrific house. And this was in November. It'd be even better in summer.

The reason for this holiday was to celebrate my very ancient birthday. We were a party of adults who were impressed with the splendid amenities and the more than adequate space for 8 grown ups to wander about. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and whilst the pool was top of the list it was closely followed by splendid competitions on the pool/sRead morenooker table....memories of long past years! The location of the house was wonderful, and within a stone's throw of some wonderful walks for the more fitter of the party. There is so much to see and do around this area. Lastly, like previous reviewers have stated - a BIG thanks to Tracie who was an extremely helpful and attentive person during our stay. Hide

We had a very enjoyable week and the owner made us very welcome. The swimming pool was a real treat given our weather in February.

We have returned from La Villa after a wonderful weeks holiday. The house, gardens and swimming pool were well maintained with luxurious soft furnishings and the dining / cooking equipment was excellent. Absolutely loved La Villa. Its very well located, private and homely.
