An inspiring property with an attractive enclosed garden on the edge of Abersoch that has been finished to an incredibly high standard, with dining options both inside and out, one that a large family could enjoy all day, every day, or use as a base for unforgettable experiences on the Llyn Peninsula. Abersoch sits within 1 mile, its range of cafes, shops, restaurants and bars bolstered by its beaches, which are a haven for water sports lovers. Snowdon, which will be calling to guests on the first-floor balcony, is 30 miles away, and walkers in the party will be able to travel as far as they like on the Wales Coast Path, which can be joined in the centre of Abersoch village, 1 mile away.

The property is filled with social spaces decorated with tasteful furnishings, everything bathed in the natural light that pours in through large windows. Upon entering the property’s large hallway, guests can easily find their way into four king-size bedrooms (two have an en-suite with a wetroom and WCs while a third has a WC) and a family bathroom with a bath, walk-in shower and WC. An impressive staircase in the hallway leads up to the open-plan living area, comprising a lounge with sumptuous sofas, views of the coast and surrounding areas from the Juliet balcony, and a kitchen/diner through which guests can gain access to the first-floor balcony.

Outside, guests can spread themselves thinly over the property’s attractive landscape gardens which, like its hot tub, can be enjoyed well into the evening thanks to outdoor lighting. Guests can dine al fresco on the patio, perhaps with something prepared on the Napoleon BBQ, or even up on the first-floor balcony, both of which have ample garden

furniture.

We absolutely love this house its the second time we have stayed here. Really well equipped and hot tub is a real bonus after a day at the beach. The location is great and easy walking distance to the centre. Very modern with all mid cons and everything a family would need for a dog friendly holiday.

Absolutely outstanding place to stay for a week and we feel lucky we found it. Well equipped and spacious for 4 adults and 4 teenagers and 3 dogs. The hot tub was great and also spotless. The garden is completely enclosed. The house is located very close to the town but just far enough away to escape the busy parts and noise. Walkable to shopsRead more, bars and beaches. Hide

We all really enjoyed our week. The house was perfect for us and our extended family. A lovely time was had by all and many happy memories were made. Having the bedrooms downstairs was a brilliant idea to maximise the views through the day from the living area upstairs

Some of the equipment was broken on arrival - the hot tub, the fridge door seal, the fridge salad drawer shelf, corkscrew. The bbq was extremely dirty and not fit for purpose until we had given it a good scrub. The wheelie bin for rubbish was filthy with 4 of slime in the bottom that smelled disgusting, especially in the hot weather. For the price Read moreof the rental , a good supply of good quality toilet roll would not be amiss, we received 3 poor quality rolls. Lastly, laundry bags were not provided for the bedding and towels . The beds were extremely comfortable and the open plan lounge kitchen diner was very good for entertaining. The walk into Abersoch village would be a little testing for those less able, the road is quite narrow with some areas not having pavement. I can imagine it would be a bit daunting in the dark. We always used a vehicle to eliminate the risk. Hide
