Bask in the fresh air in the enclosed, lawned garden at this delightful Victorian cottage in the bustling Norfolk town of Cromer. Sleeping eight guests, the four-bedroom terraced abode could be ideal for an extended family or perhaps two small families together. From here, stroll less than 150 metres to reach the beach, where you can picnic, paddle and swim. Find an array of independent and high street shops also within 150 metres of the property, as well as plenty of eateries, including some selling Cromer crab. Visit the museums or head to Sheringham, 5 miles away, with its museum with a viewing tower. Have a day out to Blakeney, 14 miles away, where you can book a boat trip to see the seals.

Open the door to the welcoming cottage and settle for a while in the airy lounge, gathering your thoughts after your latest exciting excursion. Switch on the Smart TV and the Blu-ray player in here, light the wood burner when the weather is cold and enjoy the cosy ambience of the room as you relax together. When mealtimes beckon, make your way through to the kitchen, which comes equipped with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice box, freezer in pantry, dishwasher and washer/dryer. From here, open the kitchen’s outside door to wander out and dine in the garden, or lay the table through in the dining room instead. There is a WC downstairs too. At the end of each day, make your way up to the first floor to find a double bedroom, a twin and a bunk bedroom, together with the family bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC. A king-size bedroom is on the top floor of the house and has an en-suite shower room with a shower cubicle and WC.

Enjoy the oasis of your own private outside space within the lively town. Unwind out here in the sun, and light the BBQ to enjoy supper outside too when the weather is fine. Parking for this cottage is on the road, subject to availability. Additional space may be found in the public car park, within 250 metres, with weekly permits available to buy from the adjacent Tourist Information Centre.

Excellent property close (i.e. walkable) to all amenities in Cromer. Only problem is parking which is very hit and miss in Cross Street and surrounding roads although free if you can get a space. Long term car parks are quite expensive and are a good walk away from the property. Accommodation is on 3 floors and stairs are quite steep, especially toRead morewards the top floor. Toddlers shouldnt climb or descend stairs without supervision. Other than these minor points it is a very nice holiday venue for a large family group. Hide

There were a few crucial elements that either weren't working or info missing. 1. Hot tap in main bathroom not working. 2. Socket to left of kitchen sink not working. 3. Sockets loose from wall, dangerous with having a 19 month old with us. 4. Light out in top floor ensuite. 5. No dustbin availability. 6. Exposed screws on back gate, cut fingeRead morers.
