Enjoy this seaside spot close to Beadnell Bay with eight friends or family members. Find a whole host of activities at the beach, or venture into the Northumberland Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Take part in paddleboarding, kite surfing, kayaking, and surfing from Beadnell Beach, or walk along the coastal path that takes in some fabulous views. The village has a shop, and a pub, or you can head 2 miles to Seahouses for further amenities and places to eat. From here, you can also board a boat trip to the Farne Islands to see the thousands of birds that live there. History bods will love a trip to Dunstanburgh Castle, 8.5 miles away, or pay a visit to the wonderful Howick Hall Gardens and Arboretum (10 miles).

This wonderful home is super sociable with open-plan living throughout the ground floor. The charming kitchen has everything you need to rustle up some delicious dinners, and the traditional dining area seats six guests. A lounge space offers lots of comfortable seating set around a Smart TV, and a lovely shower room completes the ground floor. Heading upstairs, you’ll find the four bedrooms and a family bathroom. Firstly there’s a king room with en-suite shower room, adjacent is another king-size bedroom, and the other two bedrooms are a zip-and-link super-king room and a twin bedroom, suitable for children. The bathroom has a shower over the bath.

Outside to the rear of the property is a newly landscaped enclosed garden with seating, barbecue, and a garden house complete with TV. There is also an integral garage that provides storage for bikes and other equipment, and houses a table tennis table.

Lovely cottage, good spacious rooms, fantastic location and really great value, we loved being able to walk to the beach and local in a few minutes. Garden would be brill in the nicer weather. Highly recommend.

Sorry but don't do recommendations. We loved the property but couple of things to bring to your attention are : No wardrobe in master bedroom apart from hangers in the en-suite. Who would hang their clothes in a bathroom ??? Also would benefit from a mirror over the drawers instead of a picture so you can dry your hair. Apart from that we loved oRead moreur holiday. A lovely few days exploring the Northumbrian coast for the first time. Amazing beaches and everywhere seems very dog friendly. The house is perfectly located and really well equipped - a great base to stay. A very short walk to the beach and to the fabulous new cafe, The Landing - wehad breakfast there every day.
