A detached, family-friendly retreat, ideal for a family getaway or walking holiday. Explore the beauty of Llyn Peninsula from this private holiday cottage, with endless walks to enjoy from the front door. It is less than 10 miles from the attractions of Pwllheli, a seaside town with a marina, sandy beaches, and a plethora of independent pubs, shops, cafes, and restaurants. Families can spend the day in Abersoch (15 miles), a former fishing port that’s now an attractive seaside village with a sandy beach.

The ground floor features an inviting lounge with two leather sofas, a cosy wood burner, and a TV. The patio doors frame the far-reaching views and offer access to the private patio and garden. The stylish kitchen/diner is a large, L-shaped space with an inglenook fireplace and traditional beams. The cottage benefits from a ground-floor wet room and a utility room. The four bedrooms are all on the first floor. The king-size bedroom has oak furniture, and offers mountain and sea views. The double bedroom also offers mountain and sea views, while the single bedroom has views towards the mountains. There is a further bedroom offering flexible sleeping arrangement - it has three single beds, which can also be set up as one super-king-size bed (zip-and-link) and one single bed. The bedrooms are served by a bathroom with a shower over the bath.

Outside, you’ll find a spacious, tranquil garden. Take a seat on the bench to enjoy extensive views towards the mountains and sea. The patio area is equipped with a large garden table and a charcoal BBQ set. All of the outdoor space offers privacy and inspiring views.

Fabulous cottage in a fabulous location, with stunning views over the valley and sea. The cottage has been styled to a high standard and is very comfortable and cosy with everything you need. Including a lovely welcome hamper of goodies. Our children and dogs also loved it.

This was our second visit to the property which is in a quiet location with lovely views, some to the sea. Good walks from the property which is well situated for beaches, walks and supermarkets. It is warm and homely with comfy beds. Thank you for the goodies and flowers. We hope to return.

Fantastic farmhouse in a stunning location. We loved everything about the property. It was immaculately clean, super comfortable and well equipped. Everything was perfect! The location, half way up a hill looking out across farmland with the village and then the sea in the distance is glorious. Immediately outside the garden extends on three sides Read moreof the house and has a seating area, swinging seat and gorgeous original dry-stone features such as a stone circle. The area beyond the garden beautiful too. Walking up the (gradual) hillside the scenery is wonderful and a little stream runs through the area (dogs delight!). We had the most wonderful holiday and cannot recommend the house and location enough. Hide

Lovely property with great views (on clear days). A very peaceful location with good walks directly from the cottage itself, again, with fantastic views. Well equipped kitchen and great downstairs shower. Very comfortable king-size bed too (master bedroom).

This has got to be the best holiday cottage we have ever stayed at. Three generations together for a week and still space to find some moments of solitude. Breathtaking views right from the start of the gentle drive up from the main road, beautiful blue hills covered in bluebells, little lambs in the fields and then driving through the woods to reRead moreveal this amazing cottage. A proper rural retreat from the world with fabulous views all round and wonderful clear skies for Stargazing at night. Very well equipped, lovely comfy beds and a fabulous welcome gift which was very much appreciated. Really enjoyed our stay at the cottage, very well equipped and clean throughout. Excellent location, isolated and remote feel but only a few minutes to main roads whilst being set in fantastic countryside with moderate hills walks on your door step. Amazing views out to the coast and sea which is only 15 minutes drive away to nearest coast line. FaRead moremily of 8 and two dogs, 4 children from 1 to 15, cottage worked well for all our needs with the location being great to explore the area. Added bonus was access to the properties garage which was great for storing bikes, paddle boards etc. Thankyou to the owners. Hide

The property was very well appointed with modern equipment and good quality furnishings. The beds were very comfortable. All was clean and tidy and both bathrooms and kitchen were well supplied with hand soap. It was also a nice touch to have plenty of dishwasher tablets and detergent for the washing machine. The owners were very welcoming and helRead morepful. The description and directions to the property were accurate. We had a family group of 5 adults and two children (ages 5 & 3). It was an excellent choice for our needs. The garden was lovely and we would have used it more if the weather had been better the week we stayed.
