Take a trip on the Wells and Walsingham Light Railway, or visit Binham Priory, Holkham Hall, the ruins of Creake Abbey, Hindringham Hall Gardens and Thursford Wood (all within 7.5 miles). The elegant Georgian market towns of Fakenham and Holt are both within 9.5 miles.
Linked by a handy internal door, the two lodges each make a fantastic family holiday home with plenty of space to sit back and unwind in. The first of the properties has a charming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, and two tastefully decorated bedrooms – a twin room and a family room with a double and an additional single bed. This lovely lodge has a bathroom too with a bath and wet room-style shower.
Stepping through the adjoining door, the sweet and welcoming second lodge also has an open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner, where the group can get together. This lodge has three delightful bedrooms: a double, a twin room more suited to children, and a super-king-size room with its own en-suite shower room. A handy bathroom with a shower over the bath rounds the property off.
Heading outside, the garden is shared with the other property on site and features a lawn, patio and plenty of outdoor furniture, providing an ideal spot for dining alfresco at the end of a fabulous day.
