Make yourselves at home in this large semi-detached house in a quiet location close to the beaches and centre of Abersoch. With three double bedrooms and two singles, this property is the ideal base for large or multigenerational families to get together for a memorable seaside holiday. Abersoch is one of North Wales's most visited beach resorts, and this property sits less than a mile from the beach and the centre of town. Abersoch is home to an abundance of shops, cafes, restaurants, pubs and entertainment for all ages. Abersoch Beach is a beautiful long stretch of sheltered south-facing sand with all the amenities you could want, including lifeguards, cafes and beach huts you can rent by the day or week. The beach is popular with swimmers and families with young children, and water sports lovers.

This smart, semi-detached house, up a few steps, is comfortably decorated and furnished with everything you need for a lovely holiday. The ground floor is given over to a large open-plan, L-shaped living space. The front half comprises a comfortable lounge with a leather corner sofa and plush chairs set before a SkyTV. To the rear of the space is an elegant dining area with a table and chairs that can easily accommodate eight. A breakfast bar and stools separate the dining area from the open kitchen, a fully equipped space finished with wooden work surfaces and a retro-red fridge/freezer. A door from the kitchen leads to a utility alcove with laundry facilities and stairs to a shower room on the lower ground floor. On the first floor, you’ll find a bathroom and three double bedrooms, simply but comfortably furnished with the occasional nautical touch. Narrow stairs lead to the second floor and two charming single bedrooms tucked under low, sloping ceilings with a skylight and dormer window. One of these rooms has a TV and DVD, which could make it a separate hang-out space for kids and teens.

At the rear of the house, you’ll find an enclosed space with a paved courtyard, an outdoor dining set, charcoal BBQ . This area is ideal for outdoor dining or evening entertaining.

Info - was promised table tennis table which wasn't there Arrival and departure times very inhospitable Gas delivery arrived early one morning while we were having breakfast and my husband had to go out in pyjamas to move car. A warning it was coming would have been both helpful and courteous House was very well equipped, warm and clean
