Step through the front door directly into the open plan kitchen/diner. The kitchen is modern and compact, and the large dining table has space for everyone across bench seating and chairs. We had a lovely holiday staying here. Great location, with a beautiful beach just a short walk away and a village shop close by too. The house was really well equipped with everything you can think of and the beds were very comfortable. The house felt really homely and cosy especially with the log burner. The owner came to meet us and gave us a tRead moreour round with instructions for the heating, etc and was at hand if we'd needed anything else. The cottage was really lovely, it had everything you could possibly need. The location of the cottage was great for walks on the beach and two pubs within walking distance. We would definitely go back

Wonderful location in a really well equipped , spacious house with a nice garden. Very child friendly and feels like a well loved home - really nice furnishings and pictures. A minutes walk over to the sandy beach and a few minutes walk from lovely pebble beaches . We would definitely recommend and stay again!

Seacot is in a fantastic location with the beautiful Beadnell beach just across the sand dunes, which may not be a suitable access for some people. The lane to the cottage has deep potholes so needs careful negotiating so as not to scrape the bottom of the car. Property couldnt have been in a better location for children. Beds were the comfiest Ive slept in. Everything we needed was there. Looks tiny from outside but is very roomy

The property was just perfect for all our needs and suited everyone within the party. The location with a back gate access to the sand dunes was ideal. The garden was great for the dog too. The house was well laid out with well thought out furnishings and nice and clean. The proprietor was very helpful and welcoming.

The house was in an amazing location So close to the beach Very spacious bedrooms to accomodate our group. Very homely feel, we all felt very relaxed The room with the balcony such great views. More info on things such as dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, washing machine tablets would have been useful. The property was immaculately clean and tidy and Christopher had ensured it was ready on arrival. As the weather was so awful on arrival day he went out of his way to find logs for the fire and stayed to light it for us, greatly appreciated. The property was in an excellent location and was perfect for our party of 10. The property was well equipped with additional items that improve a holiday e.g. toys and children's books, garden furniture, a good bbq etc. The kitchen was really well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils.
