Tucked within a wing of an ornate, Victorian country house, this impressive holiday home on the Llyn Peninsula in North Wales is perfect for a group getaway. Sleeping ten guests, the five-bedroom property is just 350 metres from Llanbedrog Beach and set on a country estate with a heritage centre, cafe and art gallery. Keen walkers will enjoy picking up a section of the Wales Coast Path within the grounds too, enabling them to head out in either direction for magnificent coastal views. Visit Abersoch, 2.5 miles away, to peruse the shops and dine out in eateries, or lively Pwllheli, 4 miles away, to browse in the market or go sailing. Venture 15.5 miles to the picturesque Snowdonia National Park.

Make your way inside via a private entrance that opens up into a large hallway with a wide staircase and stair lift. Head up to the first floor to find a grand dining room, where you and your party can celebrate together in style. This room has a high vaulted ceiling and a spiral staircase leading to a mezzanine level, where two additional guests can be accommodated by request. It also adjoins the kitchen, where you will find everything you need to help you prepare feasts with your own ingredients. The inviting lounge, with a TV and DVD, is also on this floor, together with the remaining four main bedrooms. These include two doubles with en-suite shower rooms, a twin with en-suite shower room (no WC), plus another twin where guests can use the family bathroom.

The holiday home comes with a private patio, with seating and a BBQ, but guests are also welcome to explore the shared grounds, with woodland walks and access to the beach.

Overall very pleased with the accommodation, lots of space indoors and the beds were comfortable. Showers were a bit hit and miss (hot then cold)!! We did find the lack of outdoor space adjacent to our property could have been more inviting to spend time in before the cafe closed. It is basically the disabled car park with a small seating area. ARead morelso the description says there is a gas BBQ but we didnt find one! Parking was never an issue. Hide

Clean, well equipped, nicely furnished, in beautiful grounds, nice cafe, near the beach, good walks within the grounds, lots of nice places to visit within easy reach we had a great family holiday Thank you.

The accommodation was absolutely perfect for our group of 12. As well as spacious bedrooms, all the communal space was of a good size to be able to cook, eat and relax in comfort. The kitchen was well equipped to cater for our large party, and plenty of room to seat us all in comfort round the dining table.. The location is simply stunning, and Read morethe gallery manager and his team were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. We would highly recommend a stay at this property! Hide

We all expected soap to be provided in the bathrooms and cloths in the kitchen to wipe down but these are little things and everything else was great, and the staff helpful

A superb accomadation set in a lovely location,close to the beach (which had a beach bar so even better),village within easy walking distance and transport links to nearby Abersoch. We only had a few days there but will definately be coming back again and booking with you

Our party enjoyed themselves immensely and were very impressed with the property, its cleanliness, the facilities and kitchen equipment. The property location is about 5 minutes' walk from the fabulous beach with a lovely cafe - just right for breakfast!
