Standing on the same road as the famous Southwold lighthouse, this property is both central to essential amenities and shopping opportunities – all within a 0.5-mile radius – and 150 metres from the beachfront. The restored Victorian Southwold Pier is 0.3 miles from the villa, with food and fun for all the family, and the Southwold Maize Maze is 2 miles north-west. If you hop down to the next bay 9 miles south, you will find Dunwich beach and Dunwich itself, a historically rich village dating back to the Middle Ages.

The open plan kitchen and dining room are very welcoming for a large group; as well as the spacious kitchen and long dining table there is a window bench seat and armchair for extra socialising space. The furniture in the sitting room is comfortable and there is a gas coal effect fire for those cosy nights in. There is also a shower room on the ground floor. On the first floor you will find the master bedroom with en-suite shower room, the twin room and the family bathroom as well as a cloakroom. Both bedrooms are light and airy with large period windows. The staircases are quite steep, and on the second floor you will are two more bedrooms, both of which have some sloping ceilings.

For outside space there is the enclosed courtyard with garden furniture, perfect for sitting out in good weather or watching the sunrise or sunset.
