Stroll down to the shore on sunny mornings from this well-positioned holiday cottage in the Victorian, coastal town of Cromer. Less than 150 metres from the beach, which is popular with swimmers, surfers and those just wishing to relax in the sunshine, the character cottage is also well placed for shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Spend time on the pier too, with its famous theatre; find out more about the town’s history at its museums and take the children to Amazona Zoo, less than 1 mile away, for a fun family day out. Sleeping eight guests, and also welcoming two dogs, the four-bedroom cottage makes a comfortable and homely base from which to enjoy the town and get out across Norfolk.

Step inside this appealing townhouse and head through to the lounge/diner, with its colourful furnishings and warm welcome. While away an hour or two in here, in front of the TV and DVD player, or with the CD player on or your favourite tunes playing through the iPod dock, opening up the French doors on to the courtyard on fine days. Then amble through to the kitchen to start preparing dinner. There is a handy table, with stools, to chop at and a built-in electric oven, gas hob, microwave and fridge/freezer, as well as a Krups coffee machine, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer. Also downstairs, is a WC. Make your way up to the first floor to the family bathroom, with shower over the bath and WC, and two double bedrooms, each with a TV. There is also a twin bedroom and on the top floor a super king size bedroom with ensuite and TV.

Open the French doors, so your four-legged friend or the children can play out in the fresh air of the courtyard. Take a cup of tea out here to enjoy at the table or choose to dine outside on warm days. This courtyard is lockable and could therefore also provide secure bike storage. Parking for this cottage is on the roadside, subject to availability, or in public car parks, one within 250 metres of the property.

Lovely property in a great location. We had a great time here, the pub across the road is excellent and everywhere was very dog friendly. Parking was not an issue as there are plenty near by where you can pay for a weeks parking at a reasonable price. Would definitely come here again.

This house is absolutely perfect in every way , the location the decor the facilities everything We've stayed here twice and coming back next year we love this house and cromer !

The only shortcoming was the lack of parking at the property otherwise excellent.
