Within easy reach of the beautiful Pembrokeshire coast and the countryside, this property allows families and friends to explore all that Pembrokeshire has before returning home to this contemporary home to rest. Just a mile away in the village of Saundersfoot are an array of independent shops, eateries and beaches meaning there’s plenty to do right on the doorstep. Avid walkers can join the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path heading in one of two directions, offering wonderful sights along the path, as well as the chance to enjoy the variety of local wildlife. For a day out with the children, Folly Farm (4 miles) is a fantastic place to visit, with an array of exotic animals and farm animals to see.

With an unusual configuration, you’ll enter the property on the first floor where you’ll find the very tasteful living/dining room which makes the most of the beautiful views out over the sea. The room has three, comfortable, leather sofas with a vapour coal-effect fire for cosy evenings in watching a film, and a dining table seating eight. From here, patio doors lead out to the balcony where you can sit and admire the views. The kitchen has further seating for four and ample space to prepare snacks and meals for all the family. On this top floor, there is also a bathroom with a walk-in shower. There is a staircase down to the lower level of the property where you’ll find the four bedrooms and a further bathroom. The first bedroom has two double beds and patio doors leading directly out to the garden. The second room has both a double and a single bed and also enjoys access to the outside area through patio doors. Two further bedrooms, a single and a double, are also located on the ground floor. All four bedrooms have wall-mounted TVs with DVD players for entertainment. There is also a family bathroom featuring a bath and shower cubicle serving the floor.

Outside, there is an enclosed, sloped lawn area with a patio which is a perfect place to unwind and watch the sun set over the sea.

Lovely location we have stayed here twice we love this upside down house with its balcony view of the sea. Some things like the garden and balcony furniture could do with updating and a tumble dryer would help to dry any clothes we would stay here again

Prices have gone up considerably over the past few years, I would have given higher scores if everything was really good but the downstairs shower was partially blocked resulting in flooding of the shower tray, there was only one tea towel and no black bags were supplied for the rubbish. Just small things that didnt spoil the holiday but a niggle nRead moreon the less. Weve been using Powells for a long time and have never really had a bad experience so please take my comments as an observation rather than criticism. The view from the balcony and the quiet location were excellent. Hide
