This spacious five-bedroom terraced house, spilt over four floors, features a comfortable interior, overlooking nearby Porthminster Beach and St Ives harbour and bay. Famous for its influential art and pottery scene as well as its magnificent beaches, St Ives is a vibrant fishing town complete with a picturesque working harbour and a maze of quaint cobbled streets filled with award-winning restaurants, cafes and local independent shops. Ride out from the harbour 1 mile away on the ‘Dolly P’ boat out towards Seal Island or across the bay to the famous Godrevy Lighthouse to explore the coastline and spot seals along the journey. Back on dry land, discover the prestigious Porthminster Beach less than 0.5 miles away, nestled beneath the St Ives railway line, with golden sands, tropical palm trees and an award-winning cafe right on the beachfront.

Up six steps, an entrance hallway welcomes you into the property and leads into a spacious living room, featuring a TV and DVD, a beautiful period open fireplace, and plenty of comfortable seating surrounding a Juliet balcony which frames a stunning sea view. The adjoining dining room is complete with a large table and chairs and leads leading into the spacious kitchen, with everything you need to cater, plus an additional dining table and chairs. The first floor comprises a useful utility room and family bathroom, as well as a king-size, double and single bedroom, all enjoying wonderful sea views. The best panoramic sea views can be appreciated from the second floor, where there is a king-size bedroom within the characterful eaves, a bunk bedroom, and another handy family bathroom. The property also benefits from a basement playroom, complete with a characterful slate-tiled floor and a table tennis table.

Outside, you can enjoy soaking up the sunshine on the small, secluded patio at the front of the playroom. An additional small, decked area on top of the kitchen provides more cosy outside space to enjoy the surrounding coastal views.

Spacious comfortable property easily accommodating our party of 9. Table tennis in the basement was a big hit with our teens. Beautiful views. Would recommend if you dont mind a steepish walk back up from Porthminster beach.

The house situated in a beautiful location, a 5 minute walk to the beach, and a 10 minute walk to town. The equipment in kitchen is amazing and very good quality, generously sized rooms. Washing machine and tumble dry are a blessing. I would book this property every day of the week, and will recommend to friends and family.
