With lots of space inside and out, including a family room, conservatory and large garden, this attractive and stylishly furnished property is tailor-made for families and groups of friends wanting to meet for a special occasion. There are two gorgeous beaches less than 0.25 miles away. Sheltered Lusty Glaze has 133 steps down to reach its golden sands where there are lifeguards on patrol in summer. Enjoy weekly live music sundowner events and an adventure-packed activities centre, together with a popular beach bar and restaurant. Porth Beach is popular with families for its safe swimming, rockpools and footbridge to a small island. Explore the river Gannel Estuary (3 miles), now a nature reserve, for a flavour of Newquay’s seafaring past and discover the fascinating history of Trerice Manor (3 miles), a beautiful Elizabethan house with an enchanting garden, owned by the National Trust.

On the ground floor, the open-plan kitchen/diner with sliding doors to the patio and garden is ideal for al fresco dining or a special celebration. There is also a comfortable living room with sofas, a swivel chair and range of home entertainment that opens on to light-filed conservatory with further seating. Snug chairs furnish a spacious family room, with Smart TV and a large table for games or meals. Also on the ground floor is a king-size bedroom with zip-and-link beds (can be made into a twin on request), plus a wet room with a shower and WC provide stair-free access. A piano in the entry hall adds a musical touch to this holiday home. Upstairs are three spacious bedrooms; one is a king-size with double doors to a balcony overlooking Newquay Bay, a second room has a king-size with zip-and-link beds (can be made into a twin on request); it also has an en-suite shower with WC. The last room is a twin bedroom with lovely sea views.

Outside is a large, garden with a lawn, enclosed by shrubs; it is ideal for children with a large patio with seating and smaller sitting areas.

The house had everything we needed and more. It was very clean, well equipped and 3 lounges - which would help with a larger family. Location excellent for Lusty Glaze Beach as long you could manage 130 steps up and down. But there were other more accessible beaches within walking distance. Perfect location between two lovely beaches and really a well-equipped property. Beautiful garden, with a warm outside shower (bliss). Unreserved recommendation for a fantastic family holiday.

A really well appointed, spacious property within a few hundred metres of Lusty Glaze beach. Ideal for a large or extended family. We have just booked again for 2025, our third consecutive year.

The home was really lovely and so spacious. It was so much better than the photos displayed. We loved the decor and feel of the place and the location was ideal. The garden was really large and ideal for our dogs to run around and enjoy. We would recommend this property 100% and will definitely return.

Good pet friendly spacious property within walking distance to Newquay and beaches. Very clean and well equipped. Very nice touch leaving fresh bread etc. for when we arrived. Highly recommend.
