The ground floor boasts a separate sitting room with three further leather sofas, more sliding doors giving access to the patio as well as plenty of family entertainment in the form of board games or a large TV. More fun can be had in the games room where you can challenge each other to a few frames on the full-sized snooker table. The kitchen is a large rustic space with oak-framed units, an impressive range cooker and several dual aspect windows making this a light and bright space. Guests can relax at the breakfast bar with four stools or the oak dining table with eight chairs.
