Its beautiful shingle beach is a fantastic spot for a picnic, and the Lynmouth Cliff Railway up to Lynton is brilliant for kids and adults alike. Set along the East Lyn River, you can embark on refreshing walks to Watersmeet 2 miles away with its quintessential Devon tea rooms. Popular spots nearby also include the Valley of the Rocks (2 miles) where you can watch goats scaling the dramatic cliffs.

The lounge is bright yet cosy with a warming wood burner and ample seating, while the contemporary kitchen/diner is a lovely, spacious room with a high apex ceiling, a comfortable seating area and a large electric range for all your catering needs. On the first floor, you will find the king-size bedroom with an en-suite and a twin bedroom, both tastefully decorated, as well as the modern family bathroom on the half-landing. On the second floor, there is the double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and the super-king-size bedroom that can be converted into a twin bedroom on request.
The enclosed patio to the front and side of the property enjoys idyllic views of the river and woodlands, with garden furniture and a BBQ to make the most of sunny weather.
