There are two spaces for relaxing when the evening sets in, a delightful sunroom and a cosy lounge. Both rooms boast wood burners, Smart TVs with Netflix installed, and French door access to the ample gardens. Couldn't fault the property. It felt like a home from home and is spacious and has a great deal of privacy. Is ideally located for easy access to the local area both on foot and in a car.

A lovely spacious house for a large group in a quiet village close (15 mins walk) from Mevagissey and a very short stroll to the pub, beach and snack bar. The house itself is very comfortable and well equipped. There were one or two issues with cleanliness which could be easily addressed

Stayed here with family, 3 adults, 4 teenagers and a dog. We all loved the house, lots of space, really clean, well thought out and everything you needed , which I think is very rare! It truly felt like a home from home and we were sad to leave. The location is fantastic too, a 2 minute walk to Portmellon cove and the Rising Sun Inn- newly taken ovRead moreer and re furbed and really good. 20 minute walk to Mevagissey which reminded me of a small Padstow but less showy! Loved it too especially the Ship Inn where we had our best meals of the holiday, despite eating in some other really nice places. Porthluney Beach was out of this world as were the coastal walks, especially to Goran Haven. I would not hesitate to recommend this house and location and I am sure we will be back! Amazing last week of the summer holidays Hide

Very good stay in Portmellon. The house is in a great position - no sea view unfortunately but just a few yards down the track to the beach and a lovely coffee shack on the front. The beach is entirely covered at high tide but it becomes exposed again very quickly as the tide has a big range. The walk into Mevagissey is quite steep but you do geRead moret great views over the harbour and it's well worth it. The house itself fitted our requirements very well with a good living space. Hide
