It’s the perfect holiday home for families who want to enjoy both beach activities and be close to amenities. For a day at the beach, head less than 2 miles to the family-friendly Llanbedrog Beach where the more energetic can try their hand at windsurfing, kayaking, and sailing. From Llanbedrog, pick up the Wales Coast Path and enjoy a scenic 4-mile walk to Abersoch, a fashionable seaside village with a sheltered beach and plenty of good seafood restaurants.

Inside, is wonderfully comfortable and relaxed. On the ground floor, the decor is all neat sophistication with high ceilings, oak and stone flooring, and creamy tones creating a soothing atmosphere. The open-plan kitchen and dining room is a thoroughly attractive space with Velux windows and bi-fold doors that drench the space in natural light. Whip up a meal in the kitchen then serve it at the breakfast bar, or for more elegant dining eat at the oak table with seating for eight people. Afterwards, sink into the sofas for a snooze or watch a film on the TV. Alternatively, step through to the elegant lounge and relax in front of the ornamental fireplace. Also on this floor is a family shower room. From the ground floor, stairs lead to the first floor where the bedrooms are located: a super-king-size, king-size, and two bunk bedrooms. All the bedrooms are airy and light and feature pine furniture and plenty of clothes storage space. The super-king-size bedroom also has a window that invites you to stare at the sea views, and a pristine en-suite shower room. There’s also a contemporary family bathroom on this floor.

Outside, there’s a small, paved area at the front of the property and a large patio at the rear of the house. Dotted with garden furniture, the patio is the perfect place to bask in the sun or simply sit and gaze at the sea views. Come mealtimes, gather at the table and feast alfresco.

Not very clean. Old and uncomfortable sofas. Sink in downstairs toilet unusable. One of ovens not working. Sea View from sun room and patio blocked by a monstrosity of a really old garage building. Three out of four velux windows in Sunroom wont open

The location is really good for shops and many beaches at hand can't fault the area. Sun lounge could do with new couch and blinds as main TV is there, you can not see the screen for sunlight
