There is also a fabulous indoor market that’s well worth exploring, to pick up a wide range of local produce for your supper. Just outside the town, 6.5 miles away, is the arts complex of Snape Maltings, which makes a fantastic day out. The heritage site comprises a plethora of converted Victorian buildings, housing boutiques, galleries, and eateries – it’s the perfect place to pick up a special memento from your holiday. The complex also hosts regular concerts, so it's worth checking out their timetable before visiting.
The elegant property has been decorated in a contemporary style yet retains a touch of its original character and charm, thanks to the exquisite ornamental fireplaces. On the ground floor, there is a spacious lounge with a beautiful bay window and comfortable seating arranged around an ornamental fireplace. This is a lovely spot for relaxing in the evenings, sharing a bottle of wine and watching a film on the TV/DVD. Rustle up a tasty meal for the group using local produce in the large kitchen, to enjoy together in the stylish formal dining room. Completing the ground floor is a handy shower room. Heading up to the first floor, you’ll find four sleek bedrooms. There are two king-size bedrooms, a single bedroom, and a triple bedroom with three single beds. This is a great room for children, and also has a TV/DVD. Stairs lead from this bedroom directly to the kitchen. The family bathroom completes the first floor.
Outside, a secluded patio provides the ideal spot for outdoor entertaining. Fire up the BBQ and gather around the table for an evening of great food under the stars.
