One of seven historic houses which originally made up the picturesque village of Galmpton, this welcoming semi-detached property makes a tranquil retreat for families and friends discovering this serene part of South Devon. The village is less than a mile from the popular Churston Golf Club, and 3 miles from the historic fishing town of Brixham, where you will find a variety of great restaurants, cafes and pubs. There are plenty of sandy beaches within 5 miles, or you can take a riverboat cruise along the River Dart or a trip on the Dartmouth Steam Railway. Other attractions within 4 miles include Paignton Zoo, Berry Head National Nature Reserve and Agatha Christie’s Greenway House which is just 1.5 miles away.

The property is in the village of Galmpton and ideally located for accessing local attractions, beaches, historic towns and the countryside. Even Dartmoor is less than an hour away.
