Head into the Georgian market town of Holt (10 miles) to browse the art galleries, antique stores and book shops, or make a beeline for Cromer (7 miles) to walk along the beach, see its Banksy mural or enjoy a game of golf. While you’re there, stop of in one of the town’s pubs or restaurants to sample the famous Cromer crab. Alternatively, make your way to Morston Quay (15 miles) to take a boat trip to visit the seals at Blakeley Point.
Step inside and you’ll find a smart entrance hall with plenty of storage space for your outdoor gear. This takes you through to an impressive full-height open-plan kitchen/diner – a wonderfully-stylish and sociable space where there’s room for everyone around the dining table. This area also has a lovely seating area with a cosy wood burner where you can relax and unwind in front of the TV. Sliding doors lead out to the garden from here. If you’re in the mood for movie night, head to the Television Room, where you’ll find plenty of sofas to get comfortable on. Alternatively, head to the large sitting room to catch up on the news with your loved ones. With its French doors leading out to a south-facing terrace, this lovely double aspect room is bathed in beautiful natural light. A handy utility room, shower room and king-size bedroom with en-suite bathroom round off the gracious ground-floor layout. Head up to the first floor and you’ll find two more stylish bathrooms, as well as three king-size bedrooms (two of which have zip and link beds that can be converted into twins on request), and a twin room with bunkbeds. Up on the additional first floor, which is accessed via a separate staircase, there’s one more king-size bedroom, which has a zip and link bed that can be converted into a twin on request.

There’s an additional paved terrace outside the king-size bedroom on the ground floor. A pathway leads to the enclosed hard tennis court, which you have exclusive use of during your stay (please your own rackets and balls).
