A large, traditional farmhouse with plenty of space to relax and unwind both indoors and out, this property is perfectly located for a big group or family to enjoy the Cornish coast and countryside. Set in the small hamlet of St Levan, it is within easy reach of several stunning beaches perfect for surfing and sunbathing. Wander to Porthcurno Beach less than 1 mile away, or Nanjizal beach is a 3-mile walk/drive and Porthgwarra is a 1.5-mile walk along the coast path (or a 3.5-mile drive). Famous surfing beaches such as Sennen and Gwenver are 4 and 5 miles away, and Sennen even has a surf beach bar to relax in. Pop out for a drink or dinner at the pub at Treen, 2.5 miles from the house, or head to the pretty fishing village of Mousehole, 9 miles away, to explore the art galleries, pubs, bars, restaurants, and shops there. The bustling surfing and art lovers’ town of St Ives is 18 miles away, and Penzance is just 10 miles down the road, with its dockside taverns, winding streets, and fascinating history.

On the ground floor is a large, very well-equipped farmhouse kitchen/diner, with a big dining table, Aga cooker, large American-style fridge/freezer, and lots of attractive country pine furniture. The triple-aspect living room has lots of light and space, large comfy sofas, and a wood burner to turn chilly evenings into cosy ones. There’s also a ground-floor king-size bedroom, which looks out onto the garden, and a shower room with a walk-in shower and WC. Upstairs are three further well-proportioned bedrooms. The king-size room has far-reaching countryside views and other two benefit from dual-aspect windows. These two bedrooms can be made up as kings or twins. The family bathroom is on the first floor with a free-standing, roll-top bath. Plus, there’s a fifth bedroom with a small sofa and travel cot, perfect as a nursery, a cosy den or reading room.

Outside, there’s a large garden with a seating area and a small meadow, perfect for relaxing and enjoying your days and evenings in the sunshine.
