Conveniently positioned between the harbour and North Beach, this delightful apartment, with incredible views, is the perfect base for families or friends to explore colourful Tenby and the surrounding coast. With its quaint streets lined with boutique shops, restaurants, cafes and welcoming pubs, it’s easy to see why Tenby is a firm holiday favourite. Traditional seaside fun is guaranteed with three beaches at this location, the closest being 50 metres from your door. Nearby, Barafundle Beach (11 miles) is often voted to be one of Britain's best beaches thanks to its pretty rural setting, soft white sands and turquoise waters. For walkers, the Pembrokeshire Coast Path passes through the town, giving access to some dramatic cliff-top scenery. Children and adults of all ages will love the watersports on offer in the town. With jet-ski safaris, kayak hire, motor boat hire, banana boats, wakeboarding, sailing and surfing all available, there is something for everyone. For the thrill-seekers, Oakwood Theme Park, with its white-knuckle rides, is 11 miles away. For a more sedate day out, visit Folly Farm Adventure Park and Zoo, where you will find fun and activities for the whole family. The Ironman Wales triathlon is held in Tenby every September, with thousands of athletes and spectators flocking to town creating a real buzz in the air. You can even see the entire swim course from the apartment.

Taking up the top two floors of a stunning Georgian townhouse, the apartment is light and airy, with views to die for. The open-plan living area has plenty of comfortable sofa seating from which to sit and enjoy the scenery, and the well-equipped kitchen comes with everything a holiday chef could need. The lovely master bedroom is warm and inviting with a double bed and period-appropriate furniture. There are two cosy twin rooms, one of which has ocean views accessed by a short ladder to a skylight, and a triple room which again features ladder-accessed views. Two contemporary bathrooms complete the property.

Despite having no dedicated outside space, the apartment is extremely close to the beach making the golden sands the perfect place to whittle away your outdoors hours.

Lovely place and ideal location. No hairdryer, toilet roll, black bags and scourer as stated so had to go out and buy.

I scored 4 on the equipment as the DVD player had a loud buzzing noise all the time and the sound kept going up and down. We used it mostly for the children while we prepared meals. The information regarding the parking and Tourist Information Centre is out of date. The Office is no longer there but you can pay 25 for 7 days at a machine on the tRead moreop floor of the long stay car park. Hide
