A detached, family-friendly getaway on the edge of the Norfolk Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty with the sandy Old Hunstanton Beach on the doorstep. Take the kids for a day out by the sea or walk along the stripey orange, white and red Old Hunstanton Cliffs (1 mile). The seaside town of Hunstanton (1.5 miles) is nearby, where you can stroll along the promenade (1.6 miles) and go on a boat tour to see the seals, visit Sea Life (2 miles) or enjoy the Rainbow Park funfair (2 miles).

Approaching this beautifully presented property, you’ll be met with a large porch. Stepping inside, walk along an entrance hall with two comfortable armchairs and a large bookshelf. There’s a cloakroom for hanging up your coat and making yourself at home, which also has a WC. The sitting room is bright and spacious — natural light floods in through the large bay window which overlooks the golf course. Put your feet up on the lavish corner sofa and watch some Sky TV with the electric fire lit after a long day on the beach. The kitchen/diner has an island and doors to the patio. Inside the utility room, there’s a washing machine and tumble dryer to make any urgent cleaning quick and stress-free. Wake up in the morning and grab yourself an extra special coffee from the Dolce Gusto coffee machine in the utility room. The sunroom is a tranquil space with windows spanning across an entire wall. Sip a coffee on one of the plump sofas which look out onto the garden with a door through to the patio. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, both of which have plush super-king-size beds. Entering the first bedroom, there’s a super-king-size bed. As you pull open the curtains in the morning, you’ll be met with lovely views across the peaceful golf course. This room also has an en-suite with WC. The second bedroom also boasts a super king-size bed and en-suite. The final room on the ground floor is a wet room with a large walk-in shower and WC. Upstairs there are two bedrooms, another sitting room and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms is a twin room; the other has a double and single bed. The bathroom has a bath and WC. The upstairs sitting room is a restful spot for watching some Sky TV or a film on the DVD player. There’s also a breakfast bar with stools and a small fridge.

The garden is a spectacular space. Stepping out onto the patio, the two large tables with ample seating is the perfect space for dining alfresco when the sun is out. A large terrace at the front of the property offers incredible views over the Golf Course. The rest of the garden is a sheltered grassy space. Also, outside is a convenient WC.
