This spacious property is perfectly located for larger groups of friends and family to enjoy a surfing or seaside holiday. Mawgan Porth, just 0.1 miles away, is a great family beach with plenty of golden sands, rock pools and caves to explore, while there are also a small number of nearby cafes and pubs to relax in after a day at the beach. The ever-famous Newquay is less than 5 miles away for those wanting something a little more bustling or travel 10 miles in the opposite direction to the scenic fishing port of Padstow. A foodie’s paradise with plenty of first-rate restaurants, guests can dine whilst enjoying the hustle and bustle of the harbour. The property is surrounded by a number of glorious beaches offering an array of water sports to try.

This is a beautifully finished property, flooded with natural light to create light and airy rooms. On the ground floor, you’ll find a twin bedroom (this has zip-and-link beds which can be turned into a king-size bed if requested in advance) and a further king-size bed. Both of these bedrooms are en-suite. There is also a wet room and a games room/garage with table tennis and seating. On the first floor, accessed from the front by multiple steps, is a large open-plan living area with a stunning lounge boasting wall-to-ceiling windows and beautiful views. There is an extremely stylish and contemporary kitchen and a spacious dining area. You’ll also find a king-size bedroom with en-suite, and a twin bedroom (this again has zip-and-link beds which can be made into a king-size bed if requested in advance). There is also a cloakroom with an additional WC.

Wonderful place to stay for a family holiday. Sunspray has everything we needed and more. Beach, shop and plenty of take-away food in walking distance- no need to use a car!

Beautiful property, however views were restricted by the properties below which was less than described. It would benefit from a deeper clean and some light maintenance. The patio area needed to be cleared of fallen leaves and in particular the palm fronds. Advance warning of the hidden cutlery drawers would have been appreciated and would have Read moreavoided out of hours calls with the local representative. Pathways to the beach are either via the road or a steep walk down to the beach between houses; not easy for the elderly or those with a pushchair. Overall a lovely stay. Hide

Excellent property, couple of small issues which were addressed by Cornish Horizons very promptly. Lovely welcome package for Christmas. Property was very comfortable and provided everything we required for a happy stay. Will be looking to return in the near future.

We will return next year! Sunspray is in a perfect setting, just steps down to a superb beach, Mawgan Porth. The accommodation is light, airy, spacious and almost luxurious. We were 7 and felt very comfortable. We stayed for the 3rd week in September, the beginning of Autumn and were warm in the house. We had lovely weather and in fact we hadRead more the patio doors open! In the basement beach equipment is provided. The kitchen equipment was tip top with basics like dishwasher tablets, washing powder, tea bags, toilet roll provided. There were plenty of mugs, plates, glasses, pans and cutlery. (We only wished for an electric hand whisk!) We ate in every evening and used the barbecue. The outside seating area is good with a balcony right around the property which means you can sunbathe all day long. There is plenty of space for parking. In fact we had 5 cars, including a van. My family found that 'Sunspray' is a marvellous modern holiday house, near to the beach & with great views. It is at the top end of the holiday home & the price reflects that however it represents good value because of all the features. Clean, well equipped & very comfortable & spacious.
