This truly exceptional property is situated in an ideal location to provide groups with the most decadent accommodation whilst enjoying the stunning fishing port of Padstow. A food-lover’s paradise, there are plenty of first-rate restaurants to enjoy, and guests can dine whilst enjoying the hustle and bustle of the harbour. Alternatively, take time out and relax on one of the glorious sandy beaches along the Camel Estuary, many offering a range of water sports or boat trips. If you're looking for more active pursuits, visitors can cycle the Camel Trail, the route of the old railway line running between Padstow and Bodmin, or take a walk along one of the many scenic coastal paths.

This Grade II-listed building is steeped in history and has been restored to blend its original period features with decadent and stylish fixtures and fittings. An impressive hallway on the ground floor leads guests to the formal sitting room. Exposed original wall panelling, luxurious furniture and an impressive fireplace with a wood burner make this the perfect cosy yet atmospheric room for groups to enjoy. The lounge/diner is equally impressive, boasting another wood burner and offering a further luxurious room for guests to relax and dine together. You’ll also find a kitchen with an island unit and breakfast bar, a utility room, shower room and cloakroom with an additional WC. A semi-spiral staircase takes guests to the first floor, where every single one of the four bedrooms are furnished and decorated to the highest of standards. Bedroom one is a super-king-size bed with an en-suite. Bedroom two is a second super-king-size with zip-and-link beds, which can be turned into two single beds. Bedroom three is a king-size room with wonderful views over the estuary, and bedroom four is a further king-size with zip-and-link beds and doors opening to the garden and terrace. There is also a family bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Finally, the fifth bedroom with twin, cabin-style beds is on the second floor.

The property also benefits from a beautifully maintained large, enclosed garden and patio with garden furniture accessed via slate steps to rear of property, a BBQ and views of the estuary. Access to front courtyard through shared entrance.
