Now a luxurious barn conversion property, this 18th-century property is a fantastic place to stay for a peaceful holiday with a group of friends or a large family. Close to the pretty village of Field Dalling, guests like to make use of the extensive network of footpaths and cycling lanes when exploring the wider area and its local attractions. For instance, Binham is 2 miles away and has historic monastic ruins. Morston, just over 3 miles away, is a picturesque coastal village where it is possible to take a boat out to Blakeney Point to see seals. The Georgian town of Holt is also only 6 miles away and has a number of restaurants and pubs.

The total redevelopment of the property has created an exceptionally light and bright space. The barn now has two huge windows which provide unbroken views of its garden and the farmland beyond. The living area has an incredible double-height vaulted ceiling where the timber truss has been left exposed in the open-plan living area. The kitchen is ideal for entertaining while the dining room has a table that fits 12 comfortably. Off the large living area are three bedrooms. The master bedroom also enjoys a double-height vaulted ceiling, its own Smart TV and Sonos speaker. It has an en-suite with a walk-in shower cubicle. One of the other bedrooms is a double while the third bedroom on the ground level has twin beds. The family bathroom is on the same floor in addition to a separate cloakroom with a WC. It’s a great room for kids as children, in particular, will love the tunnel that runs behind the paddle steps and beds.

Finally, the large garden is enclosed and perfect for entertaining. It has its own BBQ and a table on the patio which also fits up to 12 people - just outside the living area’s garden doors.
