This beautiful Georgian-style property in the pretty seaside town of Tenby is ideal for a holiday with extended family or a group of friends. The popular South Beach is at the end of the road (50 metres) while Tenby’s second beach, North Beach, is only 500 metres away. You’ll have shops, pubs and restaurants all within 150 metres of your front door. Locally, you can visit the museum, castle and other historic buildings that are located less than 500 metres away. You may also choose to visit Saundersfoot (3.5 miles), a pretty coastal village with a harbour and a long sandy beach.

The building dates back to around 1830. You’ll be captivated by its charm as soon as you approach its cheerful blue facade – a colour scheme that’s continued inside. The property has been lovingly refitted to a high standard to retain its original appeal. You’ll enter into a hallway leading to the master bedroom featuring a TV, DVD and a window seat, plus a double bedroom with patio doors. There’s also a bathroom with a free-standing bath and a separate WC. From the hallway, head up to the first floor where the beautiful lounge is located. This gorgeous space, with sash windows along the front and an appealing wooden floor, has inviting sofas, a TV and a cosy wood burner for those chilly nights. Glazed doors lead through to the kitchen/diner, where you’ll find a well-equipped kitchen in a farmhouse style, with white units and wooden work surfaces. You can enjoy meals together at the wooden dining table, located next to a sash window overlooking the street. Stairs from the living room lead up to the second floor, which has another double bedroom, a twin room with bunk beds and a second bathroom with a free-standing bath. Throughout the property, you’ll notice a number of nautical decorations, made with driftwood and ship rope and featuring seaside imagery.

Access to the rear courtyard is via patio doors from the double bedroom on the ground floor. This space has a wooden floor and a table and chairs; ideal for enjoying a little fresh air without having to leave the comfort of your holiday home.

The property is well situated in the town, easily accomodating eight people but some upgrading is required. Would only recommend becuse of the location of the house.

Lovely cottage in the perfect location in the centre of Tenby. Its obvious that the owners have made the effort to make it very homely, and that has paid off, because it has a very cosy feel. Everything well organised, including the very useful permit for the parking, which is a short walk away.

A wonderful property, with great location to all beaches, in a quiet road, and inside the main old town. Clean, comfortable, with useful hall for clothes, pushchairs etc.
