A delightful four-bedroom house in an enviable elevated position above the popular town of Abersoch. With four bedrooms, a balcony and a wonderful garden, this property is ideal for families wanting a peaceful, spacious base for a traditional seaside holiday. Half a mile from this property lies Abersoch Beach, a beautiful spot popular with families and swimmers thanks to its sheltered waters, accessible amenities and lifeguards. Water sports lovers can head to the north end of the beach to find the highly regarded Abersoch sailing club and water sports centre. You’ll find excellent cafes, restaurants, pubs, and shops along the beachfront and in the centre, while the landscape surrounding the town is popular with walkers and nature lovers.

Enter through the front door to find a light, airy, welcoming home. The ground floor is mainly taken up by the open-plan, L-shaped living space with oak floorboards throughout. This area includes an elegant dining area with a table and chairs for eight and a fully equipped kitchen beautifully finished with oak cabinets. At the other end of the room is a stylish lounge decorated in coastal shades with lovely seaside touches, and a wood burner for cooler evenings. Large windows look out onto the garden and countryside beyond, while two sets of sliding doors offer access to the rear and side patios. A handy utility room holds laundry facilities, extra kitchen appliances and storage. The house has two ground-floor bedrooms, a pretty twin with oak furniture and wide windows offering garden views, and a large super-king-size with a stylish en-suite with a deep bath and separate shower cubicle. A separate shower room completes the ground floor. Upstairs, you’ll find one of the house's highlights: a landing with large Velux windows leading out to a glass balcony. This balcony has a bistro table and chairs and stunning panoramic views over Abersoch, along the coastline to Llanbedrog headland, and out to Saint Tudwal's Islands. Off the landing are two more bedrooms, a spacious super-king-size and a charming twin with a sloping A-frame ceiling. Both bright, airy bedrooms have quality oak furniture and dual-aspect windows overlooking the coast, countryside and village. A first-floor WC removes the need for anyone to head downstairs during the night.

This house has great outdoor space with plenty of room for everyone. A raised grass area encircles the house, framed by mature hedges and borders, while patios can be found at the front, rear and side of the house with a collection of tables, chairs and sun loungers. Outdoor lighting and a BBQ mean you can dine outdoors and entertain late into the evening.

A lovely bungalow with all of the equipment needed for a family holiday. Its also in the perfect position for the main shopping area, the food store and the beach.

A lovely holiday in one of the best family holiday houses we have stayed in. The weather also added to the holiday 24+ degrees every day. So much to do in the area and being able to walk to the beach is a massive bonus. A great holiday in a lovely home, in a fabulous location. Hope to be back.

The property is close to all amenities yet secluded from the the highway It is well appointed TLC required to toilet seats and drainage of basin A hand rail on the approach steps would be handy and there may be room to put a sloping pathway in A counter top above the kitchen bins could provide a bit more work space and house the microwave But heyRead more these are only suggestions, our holiday wasnt spoilt by any of this , sadly only gripe the weather! Thanks for reading this , Geoff Bell We really enjoyed our stay Hide

Our second visit to Dolphin Bach. Unfortunately, weather has not been so good this week although we have managed a few visits to the beach and it was helped by the ambience and amenities of the property. Very well equipped kitchen and outside area. We may visit again next year.
