A bright, detached house, with a large south facing enclosed garden, is a  spacious retreat and ideal for a group holiday or special celebration. Situated in Croyde on the North Devon coast, it sleeps ten guests across five bedrooms. From here, stroll down to picturesque village of Croyde, with its sandy beach; also try Putsborough Beach, 1.5 miles away, and Woolacombe, 5 miles away. 

Enter the property via the porch and spacious reception hall, then wander into the lounge to relax for a while after your latest excursion. Watch the Smart TV or the latest match with via the full Sky Package in here, play games and open the French doors onto the beautiful garden whenever the weather is fine. When mealtimes beckon, make your way into the kitchen/diner to prepare for getting together for either dining at the table in here or in the separate dining room. Adjoining the kitchen is a useful utility room. Downstairs has a separate WC and a bedroom with twin beds. The rest of the bedrooms are on the first floor of the house. These include one twin bedroom and three king-sizes, one with an en-suite shower room and another with an en-suite bathroom. There is also a family bathroom. This property has underfloor heating with individual room controls and a clean air ventilation system.

Spill out into the gorgeous gardens as often as possible. Find you have different seating and relaxation areas to choose between, as well as sections of lawn. Dine out here on warm days, lighting the BBQ when you feel like cooking outside. Guests can store surfboards, bicycles and wetsuits in the garage.

Best house and garden we have rented in Croyde over the 30 years weve been going there. Definitely would rent this house next time.

Property very clean, comfortable and homely. Catered well for families with lots of indoor games and beach equipment for the use of guests. Milk, tea, coffee, scones and jam very welcome on arrival.

A large, comfortable property ideally situated for the beach and for the village of Croyde. Bon Accord is light and airy and everywhere was spotlessly clean. Beautiful walks were in easy reach and other sandy beaches just a short drive away. We were very lucky with the weather and spent a considerable amount of time outdoors. The garden is well Read morethought out with tables and chairs to eat at and comfortable garden furniture for relaxing. This was our first holiday with Marsdens Devon Cottages but we would not hesitate to book again. Hide
