This detached property is beautifully presented with a patio pathway leading to the front door. The lounge is a bright room with a large Bay window that boasts a stunning view of the sea. There’s a two-seater sofa and two armchairs to relax on, a coffee table and TV. The kitchen is well equipped with traditional wooden cupboards, parquet flooring, a large fridge/freezer, oven and dishwasher. You then have the dining room, another light-filled space with a bay window, a wooden dining table and chairs for eight people. To keep on top of laundry while you’re away, make use of the handy utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer. For work or play, there’s a coffee room with a TV, large desk, coffee table and sofa. Having this second lounge is ideal if the group are split on what to watch on TV. Upstairs on the first floor you have four spacious bedrooms (all with sea views), an en-suite and a bathroom. Bedroom one offers a comfortable king-size bed, dressing table and an en-suite. The main bathroom has white tiled walls, a shower over the bath, WC and heated towel rail.
Outside, you have space all around you for exploring but the property itself offers parking space for two cars, a large patio with garden furniture at the rear and a front patio area with pretty shrubs and a gate.
