Family holiday homes don’t get much more spacious, stylish and sopisticated than this 14-sleeper, three-storey house that also welcomes dogs. Located on a private road in Abersoch - a former fishing village, now a popular seaside resort - the whole gang can enjoy the long beach (150 metres) where you can rent a colourful beach hut and make lovely family memories on the sand. Don’t miss dining at Abersoch’s restaurants and cafes which serve the likes of local seafood and delicious ice cream that the kids will love. For something unique, catch a boat trip (when the conditions are good) to the scenic islands of St Tudwal’s and Bardsey, taking in the ocean views and looking out for dolphins as you sail. And if you’re a fan of the sea, don’t miss Porth Neigwl Beach (2.5 miles) that’s renowned for surfing.

Back at the house, you’ll be immediately wowed by the entrance hall which has patterned Porcelanosa floor tiling and a stunning oak and glass staircase. ThStriking double doors open to reveal the open-plan, ground-floor living area that’s big enough for everyone to socialise together and packed with luxury styling and designer accessories. The kitchen is a chef’s dream and has lots of space for cooking up big group meals and is well-equipped, including luxuries like a wine cooler and Nespresso machine. The quartz worktops, oak chimney place and breakfast bar with stools are charming additions, while the dual aspect windows and bi-fold doors lead straight to the front terrace so dinner can be served alfresco. Beside the kitchen is the dining room featuring an individually designed oak and glass dining table that seats 10. Yet more French doors and triple aspect windows lead to the terrace, perfecting this sociable space. The ground floor boasts a lounge area separated in two by a feature fireplace. One of the areas has two sofas and bi-fold, terrace-leading doors. The other area has even more spaces to kick back with its L-shaped sofa and three-seater sofa. There’s plenty of entertainment as the fireplace boasts an integrated TV with Sky multi-room feature and Bluetooth soundbar. There’s also a separate front living room so there’ll always be somewhere for each of the 14 guests to relax. This one has a leather corner sofa, a two-seater sofa and TV with Sky multi-room. A handy utility room with a washing machine, a dryer, a fridge and hanging space for beach gear as well as a cloakroom with WC completes the ground floor, which has underfloor heating throughout. Admire original artwork as you climb the staircase to the first floor. Here you’ll find the master bedroom: a luxurious king-size with divan bed, TV and French doors that lead to the balcony and offer lovely village views for you to wake up to. Even the en-suite is sophisticated with mosaic effect flooring and a large shower cubicle with a rain shower. All bathrooms benefit from Hudson Reed fittings. The second bedroom also has a king-sized divan bed plus a TV and dual aspect windows with tranquil views over the terrace and lawn. There’s a third king-size bedroom on the first floor with an oak-framed bed, TV, dual aspect windows with more terrace views and a rain shower-included en-suite. Younger family members will love the four-sleeper room with two sets of bunk beds, a TV and lots of space to move around and play: the perfect sleepover den! You’ll also find the fully tiled family bathroom on this floor, luxurious with its freestanding bath, two hand basins and separate shower area with two rain showers. Climb to the second floor and you’ll find another cosy hideout, set in an apex with gallery windows offering village views. Enjoy seating and an Xbox with games. The two final bedrooms sit on this top floor, both featuring double divan beds, TVs and en-suite shower rooms with rain showers.

Take your group relaxation outside where there’s generous space for dining and relaxing across the different areas. A large terrace area features a 10-seater dining table and BBQ and, further on, stylish L-shaped sofas and coffee tables. The rough grassed area provides yet more space with a stream running through. At the front of the property, there is a small granite terrace enclosed by a low, slate wall.

We had a brilliant holiday and the property was exactly as advertised. It catered for our family which included a baby of 15 months, 1 toddler, 2 dogs and two OAPs. We would love to spend another holiday there so we need to steer saving. ????

This was to be a last family break with my terminally ill Mother so we wanted it right. Garden was not secure for pets/young children. Settees in tv lounge broken. No umbrella for outdoor area. Grass clippings left on bottom lawn. Outdoor area not clean. Kitchen was well equipped but knives very blunt. Not convinced beds were king size although verRead morey comfortable. Many bedroom doors would not close. A lovely house but needs some tlc. Eg Lots of chipped crockery. Bedding was clean and good quality. Fantastic location and we had a great time. Its the little things that matter. Saying all this we would recommend. Hide

Very good experience. Faults with some patio door handles. Not secure for dogs, if they get out of the house they have a clear run to the road , otherwise excellent

Absolutely gorgeous house, they had everything you need, the only small issue for me was not providing towels, and having to strip the beds ourselves, A slightly earlier check-in and later check-out would have been welcomed as well, but apart from that the house is amazing.

Property was very high quality and well maintained. In a good position with plenty of parking. Lacked towels which are expected these days in most rental properties. Otherwise no complaints.

We very much enjoyed our stay in abersoch, and would return. However there are a few constructive criticisms that would have increased our enjoyment of the property.

All round excellent. There were a couple of large bowls & pans I needed to clean before use and the house was a bit short of BBQ tools & outdoor servers. We would have really appreciated a gate but I am sure that might be a local unsolvable issue. Im sure we will be re booking. Thanks for the weather too.
