Make special memories with the family at this charming property in Cornwall. Padstow is a fishing port in North Cornwall, and this holiday home sits within its conservation area. Wander down to the fishing harbour, hop on the ferry to Rock, or visit one of the famous local restaurants. The area boasts beaches by the bucketload, with many set along the Camel Estuary, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. There are also a number of sheltered beaches to discover, less than one mile from the property. Whether you want to chill out on the soft sand, or spend the day surfing, these beaches are a must-see. If you’re visiting the area for the first time, a stroll along the Camel Trail should be at the top of your holiday checklist.

You and your family will instantly feel at home at this welcoming property. The spacious lounge features cosy sofas and a wood burner-effect stove, set within the original fireplace. There is a spacious kitchen/diner with a dining table for sociable meals with family or friends. You’ll even find a baking box to inspire you! The property benefits from a ground-floor shower room. On the first-floor, there are four bedrooms (one king, one double, and two twins) and the main bathroom.

French doors from the kitchen/diner lead onto the patio, which is a real sun trap. There is also a lawned garden area, outdoor furniture, and a BBQ. This outdoor space is the perfect place to prepare a family feast, especially when the sun is shining.

We've had an amazing stay here in Padstow in a beautiful home. The house was absolutely perfect and we certainly were able to make the most of our time. We recommend the 7-8 mile circular walk from Padstow beach, past stepper point, Trevone Bay, arriving back near Prideaux Place!

A beautiful house right in the middle of Padstow. Excellent size bedrooms and living areas. Beautiful original features like hallway floor yet with modern bathrooms and kitchen. Great size garden an added bonus. We had an amazing stay with family. The open plan kitchen with sofa and dining table was the centre of the home when we were not in the gaRead morerden. We are looking forward to returning next year. Thank you for a wonderful stay. Hide
