Located in Croyde, North Devon, this spacious four-bedroom property is a good choice for a large family who wants to be close to amenities and the sea.

Croyde village is less than 0.5 miles away and has several family-friendly pubs, restaurants, and local shops while the stunning Croyde Beach is 0.5 miles away. Popular with surfers, the kids will also love playing in the dunes and rock pooling. Other beautiful sandy beaches include Putsborough Beach, 1.5 miles away, and Saunton Sands, 4 miles from the house. At both beaches, you can longboard, kayak, sail, and swim. If you want to explore the coast on foot, there are plenty of scenic trails from the door including the 3-mile route to Baggy Point or the 6.5-mile trail to Crow Point.

On the ground floor, the open-plan living space is packed with high-quality furnishings, fittings, and plenty of natural light. Stylish sofas invite you to take it easy with a good film while the brightly coloured cushions and throws add to the laid-back vibe. From the lounge, beach white walls and wood-panelled flooring sweep through to the dining area and a pine table with seating for eight people. With local prints on the walls, it’s a fresh, breezy space, and when the sun’s shining you can push open the glass patio doors and let the warmth waft in. Off from the living area is a monochrome kitchen equipped with all the modern appliances you’ll need to create memorable meals. A second lounge is also located on this floor and can be used as a handy den-like space for the children or a quiet room for holiday reading. From here, stairs lead to the second floor and the four spacious bedrooms. The rooms are a mix of king-size (with en-suite shower room), double, twin, and bunk beds. All are light, airy, and adorned with modern furnishings, and this simple, uncluttered style extends to the family-sized bathroom.

Back on ground level, patio doors open onto the garden. With its manicured lawn, BBQ and shady garden table, it’s perfect for relaxing in or gathering everyone together for an outdoor meal.

Excellent accommodation - they really have thought of everything. Really well equipped. Spotless - they have thought of everything. As they state you only need to bring beach towels. Everything is there for a wonderful stay. Cant recommend this enough. Thank you

Lovely property, clean and well decorated. We had a great week in Devon! A bit of a walk to the beach but not too far and a short stroll too town. We would definitely recommend :) Thankyou for having us! X

Excellent location near beautiful Croyde Bay beach. House was well equipped. Beds very comfortable. 3 lovely sofas. Great enclosed garden with bbq. Great to have body boards and buckets and spades in the shed. Every comfort taken into consideration. Lovely touch of a bottle of wine and crisps on arrival. Would definitely stay again. Only negative iRead mores that one more stair gate would have been appreciated. Other than this we had a great time. A fabulous home from home with so many places to visit nearby. Hide

The house was perfect for our 3 generation family holiday. Very comfortable beds and sofas, well- planned living room for eating and relaxing all together and well- equipped kitchen and useful utility area. Extras such as Welcome bottle of wine and use of beach equipment much appreciated. We would love to come again.Thank you.
