This fantastic house in Disley was perfect for our family group of 11 including three generations, plus our Springer Spaniel. A great location, very close to Lyme Park and lots of footpaths to enjoy. A quarter of a mile from the train station. We popped into Manchester on the train (approx a 30min journey) for a visit to Dishoom. The house had everRead moreything and was a joy to spend time in. The kitchen, with large Aga, was a dream and had every pot, pan, device and utensil you could possibly need. Hide

This was a truly lovely house and great for a big family get together. the photos gave you a really good feel for the house - but didnt get over the actual size of it - its really massive! It felt really spacious even with 11 people in it. Nice walks right on the doorstep and a lovely local pub too.

Fantastic cottage. Loads of room. Very Friendly hosts. Hot tub was lovely. Short walk to Lyme park which great for walking the dog and great views. Other than walking the dogs we didn't venture out as didn't need to. We went as two families of 5, property ideal for this but would also suit other group set ups.
