This lovely property has been transformed by the current owners into a stylish retreat for friends and families visiting the seaside resort of Chapel St Leonards. There is a great mix of cafes, pubs and amusement arcades that are all close by. The beach is 200 metres from the property, perfect for families looking for a seaside break in the summer. The area is perfect for those looking for a more laid-back coastal holiday, yet with easy access to the livelier resorts of Ingoldmells (2 miles) and Skegness (5 miles). Ingoldmells is home to the popular Fantasy Island Theme Park, a great day out for families. The area surrounding Chapel St Leonard offers opportunities for nature lovers to explore coastal flora and fauna, with nearby nature reserves and conservation areas. The beautiful Anderby Creek Beach is just 3.5 miles away, a 4-mile stretch of beach with stunning views across the Lincolnshire coast.

There are five bedrooms, comprising three doubles, one bunk room and a single bedroom, perfect for multigenerational families. You also have two spacious and stylish bathrooms, one with a bath and a shower and the other with a shower. The living space is all open plan and comprises the kitchen, dining area and lounge. The kitchen and dining area boasts a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for a self-catering holiday. The dining table extends out to accommodate your whole group so that you can enjoy a meal together. The lounge is tastefully furnished with comfortable sofas and a Smart TV with patio doors that lead onto the decking which has some further furniture so all of your group can enjoy time together.

Outside, you will find gardens to the front and rear, which are both fully enclosed, making this property a great choice for pet owners. The decking at the rear has outdoor furniture.

Ideally located 2 minutes walk from The beach . Amusements across the road for the kids . Bungalow every thing you needed and more Lovely outdoor area and playroom available for summer use , garden fully enclosed for dogs Owners very welcoming and easily contactable if any questions. Would highly recommend 6Adults /2 kids /2 dogs

A comfortable, warm, clean and ideally situated cottage for our first family Christmas away from home. The owners were very welcoming and helpful - thank you! The enclosed garden was safe and secure for the two dogs, and the open plan living space perfect for all our activities. Much time was spent walking on the beautiful beach. Modern and clean property with everything you need for a self catering holiday. Spacious indoor and outdoor space. Visited with 8 adults , one child and a dog. All thought property was great

We loved the 5 bedroom bungalow, the bedding and beds are of great quality, the inside immaculate and excellent seating outside. The position of it couldn't be bettered, just a very short walk to the fabulous sea front and broad walk with a beach almost empty. Everything you require is available for your needs, plenty of crockery, cutlery, utensilsRead more, we couldn't fault it. Our 3 small dogs loved the outside areas, a lawn front and rear both spotlessly clean. We shall be back! Hide

Lovely, spacious bungalow with really easy access to the beach. We had 6 adults and 3 dogs with us and we fitted in quite comfortably.
