Nestled in the breathtaking expanse of Rhoscolyn, Plas Esgob awaits, just a stroll through the property's garden straight to Borthwen Beach. Perfect for those who crave the untamed allure of nature and seek refuge in remote landscapes, this haven offers a perfect blend of rustic charm and exquisitely designed interiors. Surrounded by meandering pathways that wind through thickets of wildflowers, your idyllic sanctuary awaits. Take advantage of the opportunity to spot seals, the large picture windows and outdoor areas may offer a perfect vantage point. Explore the scenic coastal paths around Rhoscolyn, offering breathtaking views of the rugged coastline and the Irish Sea. Take a peek at St. Gwenfaen's Well (1.4 miles), a historic and tranquil spot with ties to Welsh history. Venture along the coast to Trearddur Bay (3.9 miles), known for its sandy expanses and coves. Enjoy a delicious freshly cooked fare and perhaps savour a meal with a view at the local pub and restaurant in the area (0.8 miles).

Step into the property, and the original stone floors transport you to a bygone era. A wooden-paneled foyer leads you to panoramic views, and the pièce de résistance awaits in the coastal kitchen. With its vaulted ceilings, expansive windows, and sliding doors, this kitchen is not just a culinary space but a realm of inspiration for creating culinary masterpieces. Adjacent to the kitchen is a cosy snug, an ideal spot to unwind by the fireplace while someone else takes charge of the cooking. The views from this snug frame the expanse of sea and sky, and plush sofas invite you to relax. In the west wing of this splendid retreat, another cosy room beckons with wooden shelves housing games, guidebooks, and seashells—testaments to the love of the sea. A small study area nestles between the ground-floor bedrooms, creating a snug spot for quiet moments. The ground floor boasts a king-size zip-and-link room with a vintage touch, reminiscent of classic literature. A neighbouring super-king room opens to a patio, offering a front-row seat to watch seagulls glide by. A well-appointed shower room serves these rooms efficiently. Ascend from the snug room to an attic bedroom with an adjoining bathroom and a freestanding bath. A true sanctuary, this space captivates with balcony views that enchant—nothing rivals the seascape. In the opposite wing, discover another super-king room with a large picture window framing Atlantic vistas, ideal for seal-spotting, and an en-suite bathroom. Relax in the roll-top bath across the landing, then retire to bed to the soothing sound of the sea.

As the day of sea air and exploration concludes, return to the property for a sunset BBQ by the shore. As darkness falls, kindle the woodstove, snuggle up, and raise a glass to the starlit sky. A night of pure enchantment awaits. There is direct access to the coastal path from the back of the property.

Beautiful house and location for a multi-generational family holiday. We really appreciated the space the property offered both inside and out. The grounds are fenced and have a bespoke access to the beach which was ideal for our dog and the children. The views were amazing and lovely to watch the changing seascape in all weathers over a New Year wRead moreeek. The house is well equipped and the living areas, bedrooms and bathrooms all great with impressive and well thought out decor. Hide
