Within the village of Polruan, this spacious house is conveniently located close to two pubs, a tearoom, bakery and local shop. There are harbour-side beaches, ancient monuments and access points to the South West Coast Path leading to Lantic Bay Beach (2 miles) and beyond. Walker will also love the famous circular Hall Walk along the estuary and over to Fowey (1 miles) via Bodinnick. If you prefer something less strenuous, take the 5-minute passenger ferry from the Polruan Quay (0.5 miles) to Fowey. Fowey has a range of top-notch restaurants, independent shops and art galleries, as well as water sport activities. Within 15 miles you will also discover many other interesting places such as The Eden Project, Looe, Polkerris, Mevagissey, Charlestown, and Polperro. Within 30 miles if you head north, you’ll find the wilder beaches for surfing near Padstow, Rock and Polzeath.
