With ample space for 12 guests across five bedrooms, this beautifully situated retreat is perfect for larger families or groups looking to enjoy a spectacular part of the North Cornwall coast. The property enjoys delightful country views and features a bright games room, and a private hot tub on the patio, making this a wonderful spot for relaxing in. With the beautiful coastline less than 2 miles away, this lovely house is an ideal location for a fantastic family holiday.

The spacious and inviting lounge is an ideal space to relax in, with comfortable soft furnishings, a wood burner set in a stone fireplace and TV/DVD. A welcome hamper awaits you in the stylish kitchen/diner which is fully equipped, with stunning granite surfaces, a fabulous dining area for up to a dozen guests, and a range of appliances and equipment including two electric ovens, a warming drawer and a large fridge/freezer with water filter and ice maker. The bright games room has a large TV, Nintendo Wii and full-size pool table. The five light and attractively decorated bedrooms have their own TVs, including the ground-floor king-size room which has an en-suite power shower and WC. Four further bedrooms can be found on the first floor. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath, power shower and deluge shower. The family bedroom has a king-size bed and a 3-foot cabin bed with a pull-out bed to provide two full-size singles. This room also has an en-suite with power shower, body jets and WC. The final bedrooms – a twin and a twin zip-and-link which can be made up as a super-king-size on request – share a shower room and WC. Outside, the large split-level patio offers a superb area for you all to sit back with a morning coffee or unwind with some al fresco dining at the end of a great day. The patio features plenty of garden furniture, a BBQ and a fantastic large hot tub. Ample parking is available for four cars.

Bude is just 2 miles by car, or a leisurely stroll along the canal, and offers a variety of great places to eat and drink, as well as an array of independent shops and the sandy beaches of Summerleaze and Crooklets, popular with families and surfers. Local attractions include the Bude Tunnel, the Sea Pool and the Tamar Lakes Activity Centre (9.5 miles). Along the coast are delightful fishing villages including Crackington Haven (9 miles) and Boscastle (13.5 miles), and the birthplace of the legend of King Arthur - Tintagel (16 miles).

Excellent, Superb, Homely. Everything about this very well presented property was better than we expected. It is spacious, well furnished, comfortable and for a week, it felt like our house. We were a party of twelve (and a Border Terrier), with four children (from 6 wks to 7yr). Everyone was sad to leave.

This was a beautiful cottage, incredibly well presented and equipped! It was so light, airy and spacious inside and the garden was also beautiful; the hot tub was the icing on the cake! The location was also great, only a few miles drive into Bude where we enjoyed Summerleaze Beach and the variety of takeaways to cater for a large family with diffeRead morerent tastes! A great well equipped property for a large group. Very well presented and comfortable but dont take dogs if you intend eating out as they cant be left at the property unattended and dog friendly restaurants only cater for them at outside tables which isn't practical in adverse weather plus outside tables often cant be booked for a large group

Lovely large cottage. We were a party of 7 adults, 2 children (age 3 and 11), a baby and a dog and there was ample room in this house with lots of bathrooms so no sharing which was an added bonus. We loved the hot tub and the pool table. Its a nice location with an easy walk to the weir cafe (which has a playground for the kids) and along the canalRead more into bude.
