With a commercial kitchen, a sweet conservatory and an extensive garden, this spacious, bright and welcoming holiday home lies just a few miles from the bustling coastal resort of Aberystwyth, making a fantastic base for exploring the breathtaking countryside of central Ceredigion.

The main lounge is warm and spacious, with plenty of seating, including a lovely bar area equipped with glasses, ice buckets, cocktail equipment, a fridge and wine cooler – you just need to bring the drinks. The lounge opens through to a stylish dining room/conservatory; featuring two large dining tables this is a fabulous space for marking special occasions together. Sliding doors open out onto a beautiful decked area with an additional dining table. To prepare your feasts and celebratory meals, the commercial-scale kitchen has a wealth of equipment whether you choose to show off your culinary skills or bring in a professional chef to cater for the group. The ground floor also has a cheerful snug with a Smart TV, plenty of board games and a table football table. When it’s time to retire for the night, the property offers eleven stylish en-suite bedrooms with sumptuous bedding, fine linen and beautiful views. The ground floor offers the first three bedrooms: two twins and a double which has a wet room with wheelchair access. Eight further bedrooms are on the first floor where you will have a choice between two doubles, a queen-size, two triple rooms each featuring a double and single bed, two twin rooms, and a family room with a king-size bed and fold-down bunk beds. Five of these rooms are suitable for pets. Outside, the large garden features a charming patio with plenty of seating and a BBQ area, perfect for dining alfresco. There’s also an extensive lawn with a children’s play area featuring a mud kitchen and trampoline.

Surrounded by beautiful countryside, the property is just a few miles from the breathtaking Ceredigion coast. The small coastal town of Borth (3 miles) is known for its long sandy beach and has a choice of great pubs, cafes and restaurants, with the Ynyslas National Nature Reserve a couple of miles to the north. Aberystwyth is also within easy reach (5 miles), with attractions including a characterful harbour, historic castle grounds, a pretty beach and a cliff railway.

This is a lovely location and a lovely place to stay. It allows everyone to have their own space whilst also opportunities for everyone to come together. We were a group of between 8-15 at any point in the week and we had loads of space. The owner was extremely helpful and friendly in liaising with us on entry time, things to do in the area and cheRead morecking in to make sure we were ok and didn't need anything.
