Entering this friendly and relaxing house, there’s plenty of hanging space in the hallway which leads you through to the airy and spacious open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner with underfloor heating. Bifold doors offer a lovely view towards the garden and allow plenty of light to stream in. The room also features double-height vaulted ceilings with skylights directly above the lounge area which has a Smart TV and a large, comfortable L-shaped sofa, providing a great space for everyone to sit back, relax, chat about the day or watch a favourite movie. The dining table is over to the side, ideal for sharing family meals which you can cook in the elegantly arranged kitchen which has plenty of equipment and a central island. The property also features a cosy snug with ample seating and another Smart TV, alongside a utility room and a study with a desk in case you need to catch up with some work. Heading upstairs, you will find a refreshing family bathroom and four cosy, bright and cheerful bedrooms, all offering plenty of storage space. Elmer Beach is known for its golden sands and distinctive rock pools and rock islands, and leads eastwards to the secluded Climping Beach (1.5 miles). To the west, the bustling seaside town of Bognor Regis (4 miles) has plenty of great pubs, cafes, shops and restaurants, with a historic pier and a traditional promenade running alongside the beach and seafront. Heading inland, you can visit the picturesque cathedral city of Chichester (10 miles) or explore the Sussex Downs (15 miles).

Lovely house in a quiet, well kept location. Great for beach walks with or without small grandchildren and dogs. The house is beautifully presented and is well equipped throughout. There is a pleasant outdoor space with plenty of seating. Other seaside towns, Bognor, Littlehampton and Worthing are within easy reach. Chichester and Arundel also wortRead moreh a visit.
