Be transported to centuries past and ramble through thousands of years of history at the seaside resort of Ilfracombe, boasting a Victorian harbour and scenic walks practically untouched by time along the South West Coast Path. Nestled at the heart of the town, this three-story getaway comfortably sleeps eight guests and provides the perfect base for families looking for a long-awaited get-together to discover the rugged scenery the North Devon coast and countryside are famous for.

At the end of a long day of exploring, retire to either the ground-floor family room with a king-size zip-and-link bed and day bed or the twin bedroom, both in a soothing colour palette that’ll lull you into a peaceful slumber, leaving you refreshed for tomorrow’s adventure. If you’re not quite ready for bed yet, gather the gang in the first-floor lounge/diner to make special family memories catching up on the day’s adventures as you unwind on the comfy sofa in front of the Smart TV. Cook up a storm in the stylish kitchen to create a locally sourced feast to fill hungry tummies before retiring for a well-earned rest in the delightful double bedroom on this floor. The second floor comprises a family bathroom and a final bedroom with a double bed, single bed and handy kitchenette with a sink and under-counter fridge, perfect for a small family or group of three. The layout means that a family of four and a family of three could have their own floor to themselves. Soak up your fresh, sea air on a warm summer’s evening by dining alfresco on the patio as children and canine companions play to their heart’s content on the enclosed lawn.

This property is perfect for larger families or several couples, lots of space and plenty of bathrooms! The house is well equipped and beautifully decorated. The location is perfect, only a short walk into Ilfracombe or a short drive to many local attractions. I cant recommend this property enough, we will definitely be returning.
