This architecturally designed family residence is excellent for families and groups wanting to explore the Welsh surroundings. Experience the Clwydian Range or Snowdonia National Park before coming home to a night in the cinema room, feasting around the table or enjoying a summer bash in the large, enclosed garden.

High ceilings, exposed brick and calming hues create an excellent combination in which to come together. Splashes of colour from the soft furnishings add charm, while the artworks dotted throughout provide a cosy home-from-home experience. Gather together in the open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner for bottles of bubbles and catching up with the group, or take the party out through the bifold doors to the decked veranda and soak up the breathtaking views. The stylish kitchen/diner is a superb social space, with plenty of room for the whole group to enjoy mealtimes together for special celebrations or leisurely family meals. Prepare some popcorn and head to the cinema room for a blockbuster on the 3D projector, or savour a quiet drink in front of the glowing wood burner in the delightful lounge. When you're ready to retire, the four bedrooms are all located up the spiral staircase and provide magical views, whatever the weather! With the home boasting two bathrooms and the king-size providing an en-suite shower room, the house is perfectly set up for the practical requirements of a group holiday. In the morning, the children can play in the large garden while the adults sip their first coffee of the day and admire the glorious Clwydian range. The perfect start to any day.
