Entering the property, leave your shoes in the hallway and ascend the feature staircase to the first floor where you will find the light and elegant lounge/diner which makes an ideal space for everyone to settle back and unwind after a memorable day exploring North Devon. With a wooden floor, Smart TV, open fire and plenty of seating, the lounge is perfect for relaxing in after you’ve gathered around the central dining table to enjoy a family feast or celebratory get-together. A set of French doors leads out onto a charming patio and lawn area, while a second set of French doors leads to a raised decked balcony with outdoor furniture and views over the river, making a charming spot for a drink or two as the sun sets. The property has four light, relaxing bedrooms, all with Smart TVs: there’s an super-king-size room and an en-suite king-size room on the ground floor, with two en-suite king-size rooms on the first floor each with doors opening onto a cheerful patio. The centre of Bideford is just over a mile away, with a range of shops, cafes and restaurants, as well as a pannier market and quay. To the west, the popular Victorian seaside resort of Westward Ho! (2 miles) is home to a wonderful 2-mile beach, the Royal North Devon Golf Club and Northam Burrows Country Park. The area has a range of attractions for all the family including The BIG Sheep, The Milky Way Adventure Park, the North Devon Maritime Museum, Tapeley Park Gardens, RHS Garden Rosemoor in Great Torrington, and the historic village of Clovelly, all within 12 miles.

Great property, very well equipped and comfortable. A bonus having the games room and hot tub. Plenty of room for all of us plus 2 dogs. Really good location

This home is the ideal location, quiet secluded beautiful sea views but a little walk in either direction and you are in one of the towns surrounding you. Lots of supermarkets close by and cafes, although it was a struggle to leave this amazing home. With working on my pool and learning table tennis it didnt leave much time to soak away in the hot Read moretub under the stars. I booked the property I thought it had every thing we would need but it had so much more that you know you have had a holiday! Hide
