With a wooden floor, Smart TV, open fire and plenty of seating, the lounge is perfect for relaxing in after you’ve gathered around the central dining table to enjoy a family feast or celebratory get-together. A set of French doors leads out onto a charming patio and lawn area, while a second set of French doors leads to a raised decked balcony with outdoor furniture and views over the river, making a charming spot for a drink or two as the sun sets. The property has four light, relaxing bedrooms, all with Smart TVs: there’s an super-king-size room and an en-suite king-size room on the ground floor, with two en-suite king-size rooms on the first floor each with doors opening onto a cheerful patio. The accommodation is rounded off with a large family bathroom. Heading outside, a few steps lead up onto the raised south-facing garden which is enclosed and offers views towards the River Torridge. With a large lawn, the garden is perfect for younger guests and pets to run and play while you immerse yourself in the bubbles of the private hot tub. The garden also features a games room where more competitive guests can play table tennis and pool.
