The property is less than half a mile from the heart of Appledore which has a range of pubs, shops, galleries, restaurants, a bustling quayside and the North Devon Maritime Museum. In the summer, a ferry crosses the river to Instow with its lovely sandy estuary beach (1.5 miles). Heading west, the Victorian resort of Westward Ho! (3 miles) is home to a wonderful 2-mile beach and the popular Northam Burrows Country Park. Other local attractions in this breathtaking part of Devon include RHS Garden Rosemoor, the BIG Sheep, The Milky Way Adventure Park and the historic village of Clovelly along the Hartland Devon Heritage Coast, all within 14 miles.

We had a lovely week at Sea Vista with breathtaking views across the estuary - we were treated to glorious sunsets night after night! The house itself is perfect, with large comfortable rooms and was absolutely spotless! The house was stocked with everything we could need which meant we could seamlessly move in with two small children and have everRead moreything at our fingertips! We didnt have great weather but there was plenty to do nearby regardless! Would highly recommend and would return! Hide

We had a lovely week at Sea Vista which is in a great location with far reaching views. We would definitely recommend this beautiful property. We had extreme heat and the fans were welcome but more shade on the back would have made our stay even more comfortable.
