Perfect for spending time together, the living room has a home from home feel with leather sofas, a cosy wood burner, and TV, the spacious kitchen and has a breakfast bar for four, everything you need to rustle up delicious spreads and joins onto the conservatory dining room. The large, double bedroom is off the lounge, the other three ¬– two doubles and a twin – are off the hall, all four bedrooms have pretty furnishings, storage space and overlook the front or rear garden. There’s also a family bathroom and a shower room with a walk-in shower for everyone to use. Enjoy fun rivalries in the games room in the garden playing pool, darts, and arcade games, there’s also a TV. Play football on the large lawn, enjoy al fresco drinks on the patio and fire up the BBQ.
